Illicit and unregulated supply
An illicitly supplied product may not contain the substance, concentration or dose the buyer expects. Branding, colour, crystal form, tablet markings, packaging and seller claims cannot establish identity or purity.
Medical and non-medical use are different contexts
Some controlled substances have recognised medical, research or investigational uses. Clinical use can involve screening, known formulations, measured doses, monitoring and professional oversight that are absent in unregulated settings. Articles should not blur those contexts.
